I have had to conquer the task of aligning two worlds to work together synergistically.  The culinary world where I have dedicated my life's work in becoming a creative and proficient Chef leading kitchens and restaurants to success and my newly found world of kashrut observance.  I love the challenge of bringing a concept to life that is unique, artisansal, professional and is a sure competitor in the restaurant world at large. I work with you to understand what your concept needs to do for you and then collaborate to bring to life  the business you dream to own while ensuring that it meets and exceeds your expectations. My  many years of immersion in the kosher culinary world have given me the knowledge and fortune to have brought to fruition these concepts.
