Aarons Barbeque started out as my own project to build an authentic Texas stick Offset smoker. I Had eaten at plenty of kosher smoked meat establishments in Israel because of their recent popularity many are springing up and I took it as a challenge to utilize my skills in charcuterie and smoking meat to join the conversation. My business revolves around the ghost kitchen concept of food production and delivery without a brick and mortar building space for clientele to visit. Smoking meat the old fashion low tech way while just tending a fire and controlling time and temperature until your desired product has cooked to perfection, is a 17 hour overnight session. Customers pre-order from our online site and deliveries are made the following morning after the scheduled smoking of the meats. The concept has expanded to include our food truck. This is a new emerging market here in Israel as cities like mine are designating areas and licensing food trucks to operate within their city limits. The opportunity of having a ghost kitchen and a food truck provide low barriers to enter the market and lower overhead costs and initial capital needed.. A strong social media campaign to promote location, specials and to offer delivery and pick up services allows us to accommodate a wide array of customers. Picnic benches on site and a cold beer with the waft of apple wood smoke coming from our smoker finishes the equation and provides an awesome culinary experience.
